It’s Okay To Let Stuff Go

No matter where you are in your journey, check in with whatever you’re carrying. Don’t just shift the extra weight around. Check it out. What is it? Does it add value? Do you still need it?

Sometimes we become oblivious to the extra weight in our physical, emotional, and mental bodies. It’s as if we’re ignoring the clutter we accumulate over the years.

It’s okay to lighten the load. It’s okay to feel the emptiness and the weightlessness of letting stuff go.

Just for today, breathe it in; breathe it out. Set yourself free. Let it go, let it go, let it go.
