Ignite your own inner fire with yoga! Join me every day for 30 days at 7:05AM EST for 30 minutes of mindful movement. We’ll move and groove and start the day feeling centered, strong, flexible, and balanced!
30 Days of Yoga is suitable for all levels of yogis and is good for everybody and every body! No prior yoga experience required. Touching your toes or being flexible is not required. You need the zoom app, a yoga mat, yoga blocks, a yoga strap or tie, bolster or cushion.

Hi everyone! I’m Peggy and I’ve been practicing yoga for almost 20 years and teaching for 11 years. My mission is to help the exhausted and worn out rejuvenate their lives through the sacred art of yoga. I’m an E-RYT200 and RYT500 with Yoga Alliance.
I’m always a student with over 200 additional hours of advanced teacher training and certification in Yin yoga and Yoga Nidra, Yoga philosophy, Ayurveda, Pranayama, and Meditation.
This beautiful practice always brings me back to my center and allows me to reclaim my energy, my peace and my sense of calm. I hope to see you for 30 Minutes 30 Days of Yoga!
