You’ll slow down, stretch out, and sink into deep relaxation. You’ll learn to turn inward, trust your intuition, and listen for the response when you ask yourself, “what’s my next best step?”
Each class will leave you feeling centered, well rested, deeply relaxed, revitalized, realigned, and renewed.
Soul Rest Season 2 is suitable for everybody and every body. No yoga or writing experience required.
What you need for each live session: zoom, journal or notebook, something to write or draw with, yoga mat, comfy clothes to practice in, bolster or pillows, snuggly blanket, a quiet space.

Hi everyone! I’m Peggy and I’ve been practicing yoga for almost 20 years and teaching for 11 years. My mission is to help the exhausted and worn out rejuvenate their lives through the sacred art of yoga. I’m an E-RYT200 and RYT500 with Yoga Alliance.
I’m always a student with over 200 additional hours of advanced teacher training and certification in Yin yoga and Yoga Nidra, Yoga philosophy, Ayurveda, Pranayama, and Meditation.
This beautiful practice always brings me back to my center and allows me to reclaim my energy, my peace and my sense of calm.
